To celebrate the opening of our newest coworking space in central – our sixth workspace in Hong Kong – we are offering one lucky person the chance to secure a single private room for two months completely rent-free.
To enter the competition you will need to make sure you do the following:

The private room winner will be announced on the 3rd October 2018 and will have two weeks to move into their private room.

Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: Open to individuals who are at least the age of 18 as of the date of entry and are legal residents of Hong Kong except employees (and their families) of Metro Group and any of its subsidiaries / Metro Lifestyle and Metro Workshop. All entries must be received during the entry period and each person can only submit one entry. Failure to comply with these rules may result in your disqualification.
Entry Period: The entry period begins on the 1st September 2018 09:30 and ends on 25th September 2018 18:00.
Winner: The prize will be awarded to the entrant who has answered the question(s) correctly and has provided the best answer to the tie-breaker questions as judged by the Metro Group judge Joe Chan. The surname of the winner will be available by writing to the organiser no earlier than six weeks (unless otherwise stated) after the competition. Only the surname of the winner will be provided. The winner will have two weeks from the end of the competition date to redeem the prize – checking in at the Metropolitan WorkShop Central with a valid form of ID. If the prize is not redeemed within two weeks the entrant with the second best answer and who answered all the questions correctly will be chosen. Before the winner checks into the coworking space they must provide a valid Hong Kong ID and proof of address and agree and sign Metropolitan WorkShops terms of service.
Use of the Space: The private room cannot be used for storage.The private room cannot be sublet. The private room can only be used by the person who entered the competition. Any evidence of breach of the above terms this shall result in immediate termination of the tenancy. Metro Workshop has the right to terminate the tenancy if you do not abide by the workspace rules and etiquette or misuse the space.
Description of Price: Two free months in one of our single private office rooms in our new coworking space location in Silver Fortune Plaza, Wyndham Street, Central, Hong Kong. The prize is as stated, is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternative will be offered.
Number of Winners: 1
Continuation of Tenancy: The winner will have the option to continue the tenancy in the room after the two month free tenancy if he or she wishes but must then pay the going rate, between HK$4000 – HK$6000. The exact figure will be calculated at the end of tenancy and is dependent on the demand within the workspace. Should the winner choose not to continue the tenancy they must vacate exactly two months after their move in date.
The Competition: Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.
Damage: Any damage incurred during their tenancy to any fixture, appliance of fitting within the coworking space must be reimbursed for by the individual.
Organiser: The competition organiser is Metropolitan Workshop Hong Kong, 6/F, Admiralty Centre, Admiralty, Hong Kong. Metropolitan Workshop is a subsidiary of Metro Group located at 12/F, Admiralty Centre, Admiralty, Hong Kong.
